Sarah became Branch Manager, then Regional Manager and then formed the Corporate and Major Incident Team at what had now become Crawford, following its acquisitions of Thomas Howell Group. For Sarah`s last 10 years at Crawford she became Managing Director of their Global Technical Services with responsibility for teams in Construction, Engineering, Power, Energy, Marine, Major Loss (property and casualty), and Aviation. This was on a UK and International basis. She also oversaw responses to catastrophe events in Chile, Thailand, Japan and New Zealand.

Following a career changing decision she set up her own consultancy business working on strategic planning and training in the fields of damage mitigation and structural engineering as well as a bit of loss adjusting of course.

However, in 2017 Cunningham Lindsey came calling and she joined them as Director with responsibility for Corporate Risks and Specialist Practice Groups; this also included business development of these areas. When Sedgwick acquired Cunningham Lindsey Sarah also became responsible for launching EFI Global in the UK; their area of the business looking at cause and origin investigations and environmental adjusting and consultancy.
