She is a non-executive director of London Insurance Market Operations & Strategic Sourcing (LIMOSS). Louise is also a member of the inclusion@Lloyd’s committee and a dedicated supporter of London Market diversity and inclusion campaigns.
Louise has been involved in project delivery throughout her career and has additional experience of managed service delivery. She has worked for London market insurers for 11 years and her current role also involves promoting talent and diversity initiatives across the sector.

Overseas, Chris has worked in Europe to implement initiatives utilising risk diagnostic tools to assess client risk management capabilities and provide risk consulting services.

Vivian Leinster joined MS Amlin in April 2018 as Chief People Officer bringing over two decades of experience in Human Resources. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Vivian has been living and working in the UK for over 20 years.
Previously at Bupa UK, Vivian led Human Resources as People Director since 2014, was a key partner to the Bupa UK CEO and a member of the executive team. She was responsible for the people, cultural and change agenda across the business, including significant acquisition and divestment activity. From 2004 to 2014, Vivian held a number of senior HR roles at BT leading the transformation of the employee experience and developing areas of leadership, employee engagement and change management.
Vivian believes that great customer experience starts with a great people experience which ultimately delivers business performance. She prides herself on being a values driven leader with the reputation of building and leading high performing teams and comes with an established track record in driving transformation from start-ups to turnarounds and large corporates.

Kim started working life within an insurance company, but has since spent the majority of her career within the loss adjusting and third party administration sector at McLarens, GAB Robins and Davies.
During her career Kim has been fortunate to have managed some very high profile major losses within my specialist fields of Casualty and Motor, which made for very interesting and challenging work. Kim has extensive experience of operational claims management, running a number of large field and desk based teams and has also worked within a senior business development and account management role.
Other professional interests include training, mentoring and championing diversity, to drive the kind of changes that lead to a more inclusive work environment.
Wendy Wilder

Wendy joined the IICF when the UK division launched in June 2015. Since this time has worked with Board members to establish and grow the Foundation in the UK. She has successfully held fundraising events including an annual Charity Ball and conference on Leading Across Generations to raise funds for grants to charities in areas of education and social mobility. She also leads an Associate Board of 30 young professionals who support the Foundation’s communications, events and volunteering.
In previous roles, Wendy helped companies including AIG, Pfizer and Diageo achieve their commercial aims by successfully delivering strategic plans, leading business change projects and developing and implementing business and corporate responsibility (CR) strategies that improve performance and strengthen responsible business practices.
Dawn Miller

Prior to joining AXA in 2015 as Global Head of Business Development for AXA P&C, Dawn held a variety of market-facing leadership roles at AIG in Europe, the Gulf region, and the US, and spent several years in the Central/Eastern European energy sector as an entrepreneur. She began her career as a political risks/insurance analyst at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in Washington DC.
Dawn was an inaugural recipient, and is now a program mentor, of International Insurance Society’s Leader of Tomorrow program; and a founding member of the EMEA Women’s Leadership Team, an insurance industry forum. She holds a B.A in International Politics from American University School of International Service, in Washington DC, where she was named 2018 Alumna of the year, and sits as Vice Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Council. Dawn continued her graduate studies at l’Université de Caen, France, where she was an Rotary International Graduate Scholar. In addition, Dawn holds advance program certifications from INSEAD, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Risk & Insurance and Re/Insurance have highlighted Dawn as an Insurance Executive to watch in 2018. She is serves on the Board of Directors for the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation UK, Global Ambassador for the Insurance Supper Club and is a passionate supporter of diversity in business leadership, entrepreneur engagement and female founders.
On a personal note …Dawn, her husband Paul and their two boys live in London, and she is competitive figure skater.

Sarah Civil

Sarah has worked within the Financial Services sector (Loss Adjusting) for over 30 years. Having joined Sun Alliance as a professional trainee in 1976, not knowing anything about insurance, she has gone on to become probably the first female loss adjuster, joining Thomas Howell Selfe in 1978. Her career progressed from junior to major loss adjuster for 16 years before moving into management.
Sarah became Branch Manager, then Regional Manager and then formed the Corporate and Major Incident Team at what had now become Crawford, following its acquisitions of Thomas Howell Group. For Sarah`s last 10 years at Crawford she became Managing Director of their Global Technical Services with responsibility for teams in Construction, Engineering, Power, Energy, Marine, Major Loss (property and casualty), and Aviation. This was on a UK and International basis. She also oversaw responses to catastrophe events in Chile, Thailand, Japan and New Zealand.
Following a career changing decision she set up her own consultancy business working on strategic planning and training in the fields of damage mitigation and structural engineering as well as a bit of loss adjusting of course.
However, in 2017 Cunningham Lindsey came calling and she joined them as Director with responsibility for Corporate Risks and Specialist Practice Groups; this also included business development of these areas. When Sedgwick acquired Cunningham Lindsey Sarah also became responsible for launching EFI Global in the UK; their area of the business looking at cause and origin investigations and environmental adjusting and consultancy.
Sarah is a passionate gardener and also enjoys tennis and playing bridge. Between her and her husband they have six children and eight grandchildren, which also keeps her busy in her spare time.

After 18 years in Lloyds Banking Group Linda made the move to Chubb Insurance 6 years ago.
Linda has held a variety of roles within Service Delivery, Project Management, Application Development and Stakeholder Management. In her current position she is accountable to 3 lines of business in 24 countries for all IT strategy, projects and services.
Throughout her career she has been through a number of M&A’s and has gained a significant amount of experience navigating organisational change, managing her own career and leading teams through massive change. She was heavily involved in the £3.2b account migration between Lloyds TSB and HBOS plus the Ace and Chubb merger.
Linda is a Board Trustee of the Nene Park Trust charity
She is a passionate gardener, loves to watch sport especially rugby, enjoys travel, food and outdoor activities.
